In return, we offer a flexible and friendly work environment, competitive compensation and exposure to award-winning legal work.

We have a team of highly capable lawyers, legal analysts and technologists based across our global Alternative Legal Services business, which was established in April 2011.

Initially focused on disputes (where documentary analysis is critical to the investigation of matters and cases), in 2012, we expanded our offering to include corporate, funds and real estate work.

Our corporate and funds practices support with due diligence and other aspects of projects/transactions. Our real estate practice conducts asset management and volume portfolio due diligence work.

Our legal teams are led by a senior management team and comprises of fee earners across the grades as illustrated below.

Senior lawyers in client facing roles, ranging from 5 to 15 years PQE, responsible for managing our workstreams from a technical and project management perspective.

We offer up to four England & Wales training contracts each year, with our trainees spending two of their seats working in our London office.

Legal Analysts

Extremely bright law graduates, many of whom have previous legal experience.

The eDiscovery team is responsible for the provision of client data management products and services to clients of the firm through instructing teams based in the other Practice Groups (most notably Disputes). This includes advising on and assisting with the identification, preservation, collection and processing of client data and managing the electronic data during review and analysis, production and presentation phases. This team is part of a global technology offering which is an important component of our global Alternative Legal Services business.

You may join us as an analyst, bringing your experience and enthusiasm for using technology to securely and sensitively manage large volumes of client data under the guidance of more experienced team members.

Your skills will grow, and as they do you’ll take on wider responsibility for more complex matters. In time, you’ll have the opportunity to share your skills with less experienced team members, and begin to take responsibility for the end-to-end management of work, guided by the instructing teams from our internal clients.

Senior roles exist to lead the team and these will be filled by a blend of home grown talent and externally developed experience.

We view you as the business leaders and partners of the future, so it goes without saying that your development is incredibly important to us.

As well as getting exposure to a huge breadth of work, you’ll be supported to grow your career and reach your goals with flexible training and development plans. These plans will allow you to gain experience in all areas and help you find what's best for you, personally.

We know that understanding how you're doing is key to your development. That's why we make sure you get regular feedback from the people you work with as you progress through your career. As a legal analyst you will receive continued feedback from either your cluster manager or team leader. In addition, as a trainee you'll have formal mid and end-of-seat performance reviews.

We offer a fantastic benefits package to reward and support you during your career. Alongside a market leading base salary, we offer competitive bonus potential, generous leave entitlements and insurance benefits. And last, but by no means least, you’ll be able to join a thriving sports and social committee who organise events and club activities throughout the year.

To help facilitate international moves, the firm offers a range of relocation support services. While you’ll receive our help in moving wherever you choose to go, the benefits and allowances you’re eligible for will depend on the structure and type of package attached to your secondment.

Working with the diverse groups that make up our pro bono client base around the world offers you the chance to develop your professional knowledge and make a positive impact on issues close to your heart and ours.
