We’re home to a wide variety of employee-led diversity networks. These provide firm-wide and client networking opportunities, key note speaker events and seminars. Our networks include Ability, Family, Flexibility, IRIS, Multiculturalism and GEM (Gender Equity Matters) networks, which celebrates diverse ethnicity, religion, faith and culture.
CREATING AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE
We aim to increase the number of women in our global partnership to 35%. We were one of the first law firms to commit to global gender targets publicly, and we’re making progress to deliver a greater gender balance in our global leadership team by 2023.
We’re immensely proud to be recognised for our work and our culture on a regular basis. This includes our commitment to equality, which has seen us implement LGBT program, Ally. We’ve been delighted to be awarded a number of accolades along the way, such as the Gold standard in the Community Business LGBT+ Inclusion Index 2019, and being named Most Innovative International Law Firm at the FT Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards 2019.
