About the team Legal Operations is one of the fastest growing areas in the legal services sector and crucial to any innovative firm. As a trainee analyst, you’ll utilise the benefits of technology and data to improve legal services and deliver cost certainty for our clients.
Practical experience
During the 18-month program, you'll rotate through three different disciplines in Legal Operations & Transformations, including Legal Project Management; Pricing & Analytics; Legal Transformation or Client Advisory. Supported by close supervision and training, you’ll work on real-world client and internal matters.
Foundational training in major disciplines
This training course was especially designed for Legal Operations professionals; topics include: innovation & the legal industry; legal project management; pricing; legal process improvement & creative problem-solving; legal design and communications; legal technology; consulting skills and client advisory; change management; and leadership.
Where you'll go next
On successful completion of the program, you’ll start as an Analyst in one of our Legal Operations & Transformations teams, using your new skills to support our clients and Lawyers. In partnership with your mentor, you’ll help to decide which discipline best suits your strengths and skills.
