Digital Legal Delivery Graduate Program

About the team Our Digital Legal Delivery team delivers results driven, optimised legal services, using automation, design thinking, legal project management and advisory services, and leveraging the latest technological advancements, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools, smart technology and hybrid solutions. As a trainee analyst, you’ll utilise the benefits of technology and data to improve legal services and deliver cost certainty for our clients.
Foundational training in major disciplines
This training course was especially designed for our Digital Legal Delivery graduate programme; topics include: innovation & the legal industry; legal project management; pricing; legal process improvement & creative problem-solving; legal design and communications; legal technology; consulting skills and client advisory; change management; and leadership. 
Practical experience
During the 18-month program, you'll rotate through the core areas of Digital Legal Delivery including Legal Project Management; Digital Change and Legal Operations Advisory (our client-facing advisory service). Supported by close supervision and training, you’ll work on real-world client and internal matters.
Skills for your future career
On successful completion of the program, you’ll start as an Analyst in one of our Digital Legal Delivery teams, using your new skills to support our clients and Lawyers. In partnership with your mentor, you’ll help to decide which discipline best suits your strengths and skills.

Applying to the programme
Applications for the 2024 program have been closed. Applications for 2025 program will open in late 2024. We welcome graduates from any discipline who possess strong systems skills, lateral thinking, and an ability to learn new systems. A minimum 2:1 degree and fluency in English is required. Ideally, you’ll also speak some Mandarin. The application and selection process will start with an online application. We will invite successful applicants to an assessment centre that will consist of:
  • An opportunity to learn more about Legal Operations;
  • Two interviews with members of the Legal Operations leadership team and a commercial case study.
