Flexible working that works
 We were among the first major law firms to introduce agile working through our hybrid working policy, which is now a core part of our culture. You’ll be asked to spend an average of 60% of your time at the office, with the option to work elsewhere for the other time. We believe this combination of valuable face-to-face time and flexibility for remote work benefits everyone: you, your team, and above all, our clients.
