The ALT team works seamlessly around the globe from offices in Belfast, London, Shanghai, Johannesburg, New York, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane to offer clients fully integrated 24/7 service.

The ALT team in Mainland China was established in July 2016, which is the first ALT hub in Asia. The team provides a wide range of services including document review for cross-border disputes matters, regulatory claims assessment, prospectus verification for overseas listing, commercial contracts review, due diligence for M&A, legal translation, eDiscovery and client technology services.
 
Legal analysts
Legal Analysts are part of our legal team, working closely with highly experienced legal professionals on the delivery of client work.

The role
Legal Analysts work with Legal Managers, Senior Solicitors and Solicitors to deliver large-scale legal work. You’ll be hands-on, helping make ambitious ideas across ALT a reality and being on-hand to apply your legal knowledge when it counts. 
Eligibility and application process
Applications are open to final year undergraduate or postgraduate Law students who have passed the PRC national judicial examination (LLB graduates to pass the Part I of the examination). The application process will include an interview and a technical assessment.

You’ll need to be comfortable reviewing analysing and organising technical legal information and data, making effective use of supporting technology to deliver high quality work.
