As a Summer Associate, from day one, I was offered the opportunity to delve into substantive assignments on impactful international transactions with a diverse team. I routinely collaborate with other HSF offices around the world in representing our clients on their multi-jurisdictional matters which allows me to continuously learn. I’m delighted to continue working with a collegial and collaborative team, in its truest sense, which is a great foundation to being a valuable lawyer and member of HSF.
Starting my legal journey at HSF has been an immense privilege. As both a summer and first year associate, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of matters across several practice groups in the firm, truly exploring my interests in the law. In several instances I have also been fortunate enough to work directly under partners on truly substantive work that piques my interests in several different sectors. I am proud to be a part of such a supportive and collaborative firm and truly look forward to developing as an attorney at HSF.
As a summer associate at HSF I was given numerous substantive assignments and treated as a member of the team from day one. Now an associate, I am given a substantial amount of trust and responsibility even as a first year, with direct client and partner communication. The large size of our firm globally coupled with the small size of the New York office presents a truly unique opportunity that allows associates to become attorneys sooner rather than later.
