Vacation scheme
Our month-long, paid vacation schemes are a chance to get to know us and the first step in starting a legal career with us. You’ll undertake real work in two different departments for high-profile clients; attend workshops, presentations and social events; and attend an interview with partners to be considered for a training contract, a dual-qualification track resulting in being qualified in Singapore as well as England & Wales. The dual-qualification training programme is offered jointly with our Formal Law Alliance partner, Prolegis LLC. We also offer a similar two-year training contract leading to an England & Wales only qualification for graduates who are ineligible to be called to the Singapore Bar.
Eligibility
If you would like to be considered for our dual-qualification training programme, please refer to the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE) website for further information on the eligibility to be admitted to the Singapore Bar. You must also be able to live and work legally in Singapore to apply.
We’re looking for exceptional and all-rounded candidates, and while we look for strong academic performers, we'll always take mitigating circumstances into account – please include as much detail as you’re comfortable with in the additional information box on the online application form.
If your initial application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to understand an online assessment. You'll then be interviewed by a panel including a partner and a senior associate. We interview on a rolling basis, so please apply early to avoid missing out!
