Our multi-disciplinary foundation training
We’ve developed a bespoke training course specifically for our Digital Legal Delivery graduate programme. You’ll learn basic concepts and the skills required across all elements of our work. We’ll prepare you for tomorrow’s legal practice and the markets we operate in across Legal Project Management, Digital Changeand Legal Operations Advisory (our client-facing advisory service).

Your experience Our 18-month graduate programme rotates you through the core areas of Digital Legal Delivery for four to five months each. You'll gain practical experience, work with professionals, and be mentored. Find your career path, with an opportunity to work in another team outside Digital Legal Delivery, or with a client in a Digital role towards the end of the programme.
Collaborating across our teams
Starting as a graduate analyst, you'll gain experience in many of our different teams. On successful completion of the programme, you'll join one of our teams as an Analyst. We’ll ensure we find the best possible fit for you to harness your skills and make a real difference for our clients, colleagues and your own career progression. Whatever team you transition into, you’ll receive continued training and development support.
