We’re home to a wide variety of employee-led diversity networks. These provide firm-wide and client networking opportunities, key note speaker events and seminars. Our networks include Ability, Family, Flexibility, IRIS, Multiculturalism and GEM (Gender Equity Matters) networks, which celebrates diverse ethnicity, religion, faith and culture.


We aim to increase the number of women in our global partnership to 35%. We were one of the first law firms to commit to global gender targets publicly, and we’re making progress to deliver a greater gender balance in our global leadership team by 2023.


We’re immensely proud to be recognised for our work and our culture on a regular basis. This includes our commitment to equality, which has seen us implement LGBT program, Ally. We’ve been delighted to be awarded a number of accolades along the way, such as the Gold standard in the Community Business LGBT+ Inclusion Index 2019, and being named Most Innovative International Law Firm at the FT Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards 2019.


Our diversity networks connect employees across the firm. They are the vibrant core of our culture, creating an inclusive atmosphere, and performing an influential, educational role through innovative events and initiatives.


The Ability Network raises awareness on visible and invisible disabilities and mental health and wellbeing. The network has run a number of events, including on dyslexia, autism and stress, as well as consulting on the development of the Workplace Adjustments Policy.


Our Multiculturalism Network is focussed on the firm's commitment to developing cultural intelligence and improving and celebrating ethnicity, race, nationality, religion and faith.

GEM (Gender Equity Matters)

Our GEM network is designed to support the personal and professional career development of women.


Our IRIS Network (Inclusion Respecting Identity and Sexuality) supports our LGBT+ employees in the workplace and fosters an inclusive working culture.


The Family network addresses issues affecting parents, grandparents, guardians, carers of children and other carers.
