Our intake typically takes place in Winter and Summer, so trainees can start their tenure under contract in Spring or Autumn. You’ll undergo a round of tests and four stages of interviews.
- The first meeting is with our dedicated HR team, where you’ll learn about working in the firm before undergoing a pre-selection screening. On the same day you will be asked to complete the Business IQ test.
- Based on your Business IQ test results, we’ll invite to you to the next stage – carry out test comprising of a general civil law questionnaire and a translation exercise involving translating legal texts from English into Russian, and vice versa.
- Subject to the overall results of all the tests, we’ll set up further meetings for you with senior associates and partners.
