Our difference

A truly global law firm is built on a diverse culture, reflective of the societies in which we live and work. That’s why inclusivity is key to our success. Here, you’ll be part of an open working environment where you’ll be valued for what makes you different and accepted for who you are.

We are defined by our inclusivity and our commitment to innovation. We pioneer both in the work we do and the way we do it. That means more than just a statement. We give our people time off to find innovative solutions, our lawyers are involved in ground-breaking developments and the cases we work on shape the future of law.

All our lawyers are able to apply for up to ten days per year to work on initiatives that drive innovation and create lasting benefits for the firm and our clients under our Innovation10 programme. They often involve teams of people including lawyers and technologists to create pioneering solutions that help us provide a better solution for clients.

Alumni Magazine

We value the achievements of our people, both past and present and we regularly celebrate them in our Alumni Matters global magazine. Our 2018-19 edition includes a range of alumni who demonstrate how their businesses and teams are thinking differently. It is no surprise that these include two of the five global tech companies. Four alumni moved from Australia to Seattle in Washington State to join Amazon, and our cover feature, Yoram Elkaim, is with Google. They provide fascinating insight into the dynamism and ambition of each of these giants and emphasise how the innovation that is the businesses’ lifeblood calls for a wholly new mindset from their lawyers.
