We only recruit trainees from our vacation schemes. This is because a vacation scheme enables you to build stronger connections with our team and hit the ground running when you start your career.
To be eligible, you must be a graduate, or in your penultimate or final year at university. You’ll also need to be able to work for a minimum of 35 hours per week. We’re looking for consistent 2:1s throughout your degree but we’ll always take mitigating circumstances into account – please include as much detail as you’re comfortable with in the additional information box on the online application form.
