We only recruit trainees from our vacation schemes. This is because a vacation scheme enables you to build stronger connections with our team and hit the ground running when you start your career.
To be eligible, you must be a graduate, or in your penultimate or final year at university. You’ll also need to be able to work for a minimum of 35 hours per week. We’re looking for consistent 2:1s throughout your degree but we’ll always take mitigating circumstances into account – please include as much detail as you’re comfortable with in the additional information box on the online application form. If you’d prefer to have a phone call with the graduate recruitment team, please email: email@example.com and a member of the team will get back to you.
We value inclusivity, equality and fairness, which we embed throughout our assessment process. If you have any disability-related queries or would like to have a conversation with our experienced team regarding adjustments, please contact Anna O'Dwyer. To find out about the support we provide to disabled students during the application and recruitment process, and within the workplace, please view our profile on MyPlus Students’ Club.
For those who are unable to attend a vacation scheme, please get in touch with Anna O'Dwyer to discuss your individual circumstances, which we’ll consider on a case-by-case basis.
Please note the 2020 Winter and Spring Vacation Schemes will be run virtually.
